Why is A Day for Wesleyan participation important?
Alumni giving, in particular, is a measurement used by many national publications and external groups, including magazines like U.S. News and World Report, when ranking colleges and universities across the southeastern United States. Alumni giving participation is an indicator of satisfaction thus improving the ranking. So participation in A Day for Wesleyan is important because everyone benefits when everyone participates.
